We were recognized despite the challenges of the year because we worked together to collectively succeed by helping each other. Our priority was to guarantee that adequate measures were taken to ensure that our employees were supported, connected and very well taken care of. We prioritized the health and safety of our employees and accommodated our employee needs, from smart working flexible options, digital tools and extensive HR benefits. A continuous online learning journey was introduced through the Talent & Development Team offering tailored series of courses for officers, leaders and managers. Various weekly awareness sessions took place via conference calls to ensure all employee concerns and questions were covered. The Staff Benefits Team provided special offers to our employees and medical assistance via our clinics, focal points and Medical Team. In addition, we proudly launched the Employee Assistance Program, EAP under the mental health awareness campaign #HowAreYou  which helps to identify and resolve matters which may affect our employee personal and professional life.   This year, we will continue our progressive approach to create the best working environment, where we continue to grow and innovate.
